All prices shown are in British Pound Sterling. All prices include VAT. Delivery is not included.

Delivery
All standard orders are normally dispatched in 1-2 working days by either royal mail 1^st class, first class recorded, royal mail or courier service unless advised otherwise. A signature will be required. Orders should be with you within 2-5 working days after payment was received. We do not post on weekends or bank holidays. Express deliveries are dispatched the same day, on orders placed before 3pm and on average arrive within 2 working days. We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law.

What do you charge for postage?
All orders up to the value of £100.00 are subject to a standard rate shipping charge of £4.95. Orders over £100.00 will be shipped free of charge for orders required in a hurry our express delivery fee is £7.99. Express delivery is only available on orders placed between Sunday to Friday morning.

International Deliveries
We do not currently ship to countries outside the UK.

Age Restrictions
You must be aged 18 or older to purchase age restricted products from our store.

All items purchased are used at your own risk and we reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from a contract. We do not store any credit card details. Should you experience any difficulties you need to contact the card processing company directly.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original sealed condition. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Returns Policy
If goods received are damaged/faulty or not as described we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will refund full amount plus return postage. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase you must return the goods within 7 days ensuring its in the original packaging and sealed. Postage and packaging will not be refunded and there will be a re-stocking fee of 15%.

In the unlikely event that your goods become faulty within 21 days of purchase you may return the goods in the original packaging. Once the goods have been inspected by our maintenance team to ensure they haven’t been mis-used a credit note will be issued.

For all returns first point of contact must be via email explaining the reasons and when and how your going to return the goods. You must inform us which website you purchased from, date of purchase transaction number and your name.(These must also be included in the package you return.Failure to include these details will result in your return not being processed.)

Postage costs will only be refunded if you receive the goods damaged/faulty or not as described and we are notified within 48 hours of your receipt of goods.

Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the UK Fishing and Camping, or any other third party.

General
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Law of England and Wales are regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales.
